Cambridge Memory Meeting 2014 – Registration Details

General Registration

Registration for this event is free and all are welcome – however, space is limited and openings will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to those presenting. For this reason, we recommend early registration to secure your spot. Registration is open but shall close on April 25th, 2014.

We expect the event to begin at approximately 9:30 AM and end at approximately 5:00 PM (pending submission numbers). Registration shall include a complimentary sandwich lunch as well as tea, coffee and refreshments. More precise information shall be provided closer to the date itself. The format is similar to previous year(s) such that each research group is encouraged to nominate a post-doc or graduate student to provide a 15 minute talk (allowing an additional 5 minutes for questions) with other group members invited to submit posters. Nevertheless, we also welcome presentations from senior scientists. Please submit a title and 250 word abstract of the work you would like to present below.

Pub Social

Following the talks, we wish to invite you to join us for a pub social. We hope that it will serve as an important opportunity to network, collaborate – and more importantly – unwind. Following the final talk, the plan is to depart from the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit as a group and head over to a local pub for drinks and appetizers. Please be sure to let us know if you intend to join us so that we can plan accordingly. Please note that this portion of the event will need to be self-funded.
