We offer a wide range of options in regards to your working hours. Many of our employees working adjusted, compressed, flexible or part time hours to fit in with caring commitments.
We have also designated 9.30 am- 3.30 pm as ‘core hours’, in which key meetings should be arranged.

Child Care Vouchers
We offer a salary sacrifice child care voucher scheme to all parents with children within the qualifying age.
By sacrificing a portion of your monthly salary to pay towards childcare costs, you will pay less Tax and NI contributions on the remaining salary.
The money you choose to sacrifice can be paid directly to your chosen child care provider.
My Family Care
My Family Care offer emergency back up child care (as well as dependent adult and elder care) as well as school holiday cover.
The MRC fund 6 sessions per employee per year, and these can be used at any time.
You could put your child in a school holiday play scheme to help with child care and keep them entertained.
