I am a cognitive neuroscientist who is interested in language and visual processing with the aid of neuroimaging techniques and neuropsychological methodology. My research uses MRI to assess processing in healthy and patient populations (via structural MRI, diffusion-weighted MRI, fMRI combined with cutting-edge analytics).
Currently, I am a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellow in the Hearing Speech and Language group. My main interest is to model dynamic networks in Semantic Cognition, using multimodal brain imaging. I aim to pinpoint the interaction between the semantic representational and control systems to understand how and under what circumstances both semantic systems recruit each other giving rise to behaviour.
