I'm interested in the intersection between genetics and neuroimaging, specifically combining multi-modal and multi-omic techniques to predict cognition across childhood. My current work explores the biological pathways associated with structural brain development, using structural generative network models of diffusion-imaging data, converging with polygenic scores of intelligence, within the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development dataset. I hope to expand this work by incorporating epigenetic markers of brain development within a small subset of post-mortem fetal samples.

My work is supervised by Dr. Duncan Astle (Cambridge), with Dr. Camilla Nord (Cambridge) as Advisor, and funded jointly by Corpus Christi College and the ESRC Doctoral Training Programme.
