A new resource to help schools plan inclusive education policies and support neurodivergent pupils will launch this September, as the final output from the Belonging in School impact project. This small-scale project is a collaboration between Duncan Astle, Natalia Zdorovtsova, and visitor Alyssa Alcorn from the MRC CBU. Belonging in School builds on and extends content from previous stakeholder workshops and policy briefings, to create a practical new tool for educators. We will announce when the resource is available for download via our mailing list.
To publicise and celebrate the new resource, the team is hosting a free launch event on Wednesday 20 September 17:00-20:00 at Robinson College.
The event will include a drinks reception and poster showcase, premiere of the informational webinar about the resources, and a live panel discussion on the future of inclusive education. The event is aimed at educators and professionals who work with schools (including UG/PG students), but is open to everyone.
