The MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit (MRC CBU), University of Cambridge is excited to announce the Undergraduate Summer Internship Scheme 2022!
Applications for Summer 2022 have now closed
The scheme offers 6-weeks research internships from the 4th July to the 12th August 2022, to four UK and Republic of Ireland residents who are studying at a UK or Republic of Ireland university for their undergraduate bachelor degree and are in in their middle year(s) or study. Internships will be suitable for those studying psychology, cognitive sciences, neuroscience or a related discipline.
Interns will join a current MRC CBU research group, work in a shared office at the MRC CBU, receive accommodation at Churchill College and be paid a weekly stipend of £200.
This is a fantastic opportunity for talented students who might not otherwise feel they can easily access summer research opportunities to:
• get hands on research experience
• develop a range of skills
• interact with fellow interns, postgraduate students and research staff
• live in a Cambridge College
Please save the important dates below. Further details of the scheme, eligibility and how to apply are available in the Application Guidelines which you can download here. Further details of the research you can get involved in are available in the project outlines which you can download here.
