Many congratulations to MRC CBU’s Camilla Nord who has won one of the highly competitive AXA Fellowships for her project “A neurocomputational framework for mental health maintenance.”
Camilla said “I am delighted to have been awarded the AXA Fellowship, which will fund experiments looking at the neural and computational mechanisms of reward learning and their role in mental illness and health. This Fellowship means so much to me because it will allow me to hire a staff member and begin to grow my independent research programme at the MRC CBU, under the mentorship of Tim Dalgleish. I’m so grateful to be supported in this by the MRC CBU, which is the ideal intellectual environment to develop the clinically-relevant cognitive neuroscience research proposed in my Fellowship.”
