Dr Johan Carlin, previously a PhD Student and now a research associate at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit, has been awarded a postdoctoral fellowship from the British Academy. Johan will collaborate with Dr Nikolaus Kriegeskorte, a programme leader at the Unit, in a project that explores how social information about a person shapes brain responses to their face and voice. The fellowship was awarded following a competitive application process in which fewer than 5% of applicants were successful.
