The image on the left is a face and head scan acquired at the The Queen's Biological Communication Centre(QBCC) in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Thanks to Davin Carlson, Ingrid Johnsrude and Kevin Munhall. The rendering was generated in Maya software by Davin. If anyone knows how to import MRI images (Dicom, Nifty, or Analyse) into Maya, I'd be keen to learn how!
The image on the right is a 3D rendering of an MRI scan acquired on the Siemens Trio scanner at the MRC-CBU. The rendering was generated using MRIcron software.
