Abstract:
This is a test developed to use everyday materials to assess theoretically distinct types of attention performance, including vigilance, sustained attention, selective attention and divided attention. There are three parallel versions, and there are norms on 140 age and intelligence-stratified normals, as well as on 120 stroke patients. It has a very high ceiling and a very low floor and so is applicable to most types of neurologically impaired patients. Furthermore, some of the subtests show marked age effects.
