Research areas
My research interests lie in the area of cognitive neuroscience. Particularly, I am interested in understanding neural mechanisms of information encoding and processing. On top of that, my research seeks to uncover what computations are performed by neural populations during decision making and action selection, and how the cognitive processes are influenced by learning. To work towards this goal, I combine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), behavioural psychophysics, mathematical analysis, and computational modelling methods.
- Perceptual decision making and learning
- Voluntary action selection
- Voluntary rule selection
- Computational modelling
- Multivariate data analysis
